These photos surprisingly came out alright despite our struggles to get proper lighting. I mean, why is it raining in December? Why? But I love the bit of grain, the seemingly intentional blur. I think photos have more character when they aren't too glossed out.
I have nothing much to say about this outfit except that this skirt was an awesome find. I've been looking for the perfect red flared skirt for the longest time and I finally found it! /mentally cartwheeling.
While we were taking these photos, a group of guys passed by and began heckling us. Ugh. Some guys, when they get together with their equally obnoxious friends, think that they are invincible. I fear that their kind is overrunning our province. We just ignored them and kept going.
On our way home, we spotted a rainbow hovering just above the church from our vantage point. Nature always reminds us of lessons in life. There's a rainbow after the rain. It's a pretty sight to behold and no matter what life throws your way, you have to be there to see it.
