Bacon-Wrapped Kani Recipe

I made bacon-wrapped kani a couple of days ago. I was planning on making this for Myk's birthday so I decided to test-drive the recipe to prevent disasters. I shouldn't have worried though. It was pretty easy making it.

- kani (crab sticks)
- bacon
- oyster sauce
- soy sauce
- brown sugar
- onion leaves
- toothpick

1. Cut crab sticks in desired size.
2. Cut your bacon in the size enough so you can wrap it around the crab sticks. Bacon shrinks when you cook it so make sure your bacon is of good quality and doesn't shred or rip easily when you slice it.
3. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
4. In medium heat settings, use vegetable oil or olive oil to fry the bacon-wrapped crab sticks. 

For the sauce mix oyster sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar. Just eyeball it. You can put more oyster sauce or more brown sugar, depending on how you want your sauce to taste like.

Plate your bacon-wrapped kani and sprinkle chopped onion leaves over it.
